The engagement is announced between James, eldest son of Mr and Mrs Christopher St John O'Grady, of Port Isaac, Cornwall, and Alexandra, only daughter of Mr Ken Rayner, of Wortham, Suffolk, and Mrs Tom Evans, of St Lawrence, Jersey.
