Patricia Gail (nee Freeman) died peacefully at home on 4th September 2017, aged 76. Much loved widow of Ernst, mother of Tiffany (and Nicholas), Katy (and Michael) grandmother of Holly, Freya, Amber, Xander and Jago. She will be greatly missed by all her family and friends.
