The engagement is announced between Captain Christopher Connolly, Scots Guards, son of Mr and Mrs Michael Connolly, of West Horsley, Surrey, and Phoebe, daughter of the late Mr Roy Martin, QC, and of Mrs Martin, of Haddington, East Lothian.
