The engagement is announced between Guy, eldest son of Mr Alan Kelsey, of Wetherden, Suffolk, and Mrs Sarah Kelsey, of Chelsworth, Suffolk, and Alice, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Jeremy Russell, of Compton Valence, Dorset.
