The engagement is announced between Felipe, elder son of the late Mr Guillermo Gonzalez and Mrs Carmen Piedrahita, of Bogota, Colombia, and Tessa, daughter of Mr and Mrs Peter Lord, of Ecchinswell, Berkshire.
