The engagement is announced between Rory, youngest son of Mr Christopher Carter, of Child Okeford, Dorset, and the late Mrs Emma Carter, and Antonia, daughter of Mr Richard St Clair Gainer, of Richmond, and Mrs Tim Wakefield, of Barnes, London.
