Dr Donald Campbell, MB ChB, DObst RCOG. Peacefully on Sunday 1st December 2019, aged 93. Dearly loved husband of Barrie for 63 years, very dear father of David, Peter and Tim, grandfather of Ben, Isabel and Edmund and brother of Ian. Funeral Service at St James, Westhead, Ormskirk at 11.30 a.m. on 17th December. Family flowers only, if desired, donations to RNLI.
