Of Princes Street, Durham. Lieutenant Colonel (retd) Denis (Bill) Alfred died peacefully on 20th May, aged 89. Formerly 3rd (QAO) Gurkha Rifles, RASC, RCT and latterly bursar of Trevelyan College, beloved husband of the late June and loving father of William and David.
