Patricia Theresa died peacefully on Sunday, 14th October 2012. Beloved wife of the late Paul, mother of Theresa, Richard and Simon and adored grandmother to Edward, Tom and Daisy. Private family burial service to be followed by a Service of Thanksgiving at St Mary's Church, Slindon on Thursday 25th October at 2.30 p.m. Family flowers only but donations, if desired, to Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research or The Friends of Chichester Hospitals.
