The engagement is announced between Jonathan, elder son of Mr Christopher Capper, and Mrs Sarah Capper, both of Crudwell, Wiltshire, and Charlotte, younger daughter of the late Mr Anthony de Vries and of Mrs de Vries, of Uley, Gloucestershire.
