Janet MBE, JP, DL - passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday 5th May 2013, aged 60 years, in the presence of husband Roger and sons William and Edward, after her long and courageous battle against illness. Will be sorely missed by loving daughter in law Jane and granddaughter Jessica and all her close family and friends. A Service of Remembrance and Thanksgiving will be held at the Church of St Mary & All Saints (Crooked Spire), Chesterfield, on Tuesday 14th May, at 2.30 p.m. Family flowers only please, donations payable to J.W. & J.
