The engagement is announced between Captain Thomas Chapman, The Queen's Royal Hussars (The Queen's Own and Royal Irish), son of Mr and Mrs Peter Chapman, of Blackheath, London, and Nicola, daughter of Mr and Mrs Hugh Oliver-Bellasis, of Wootton St Lawrence, Hants.
