The engagement is announced between Paul, son of Mr and Mrs Raymond Clarke, of Radley, Abingdon, and Victoria (Tikki), younger daughter of Mr and Mrs Christopher Butterworth, of Chipping Norton, formerly of Radley College, Oxfordshire.
