Dr Terence (Terry) Patrick, OBE, died peacefully on 19th.—April 2013 at William Harvey Hospital. Beloved husband of Sheila and dearly loved father of Helen, Jane and Margaret, stepfather of Penny and Kate and grandfather of Chrissie, Adam, Kath, Claire, Amy, James and Mary.
