The engagement is announced between Capt Iain Monk, The Royal Dragoon Guards, son of Mr and Mrs James Monk, of Winchfield, Hampshire, and Annamay, daughter of the late Mr Billy Fitzgerald and of Mrs Billy Fitzgerald, of Dungarvan, Co Waterford.
