John died peacefully at Ashton Lodge on Monday 8th October 2012, aged 65 years, following a long illness bravely borne. Adored father of Amber and much loved grandfather, brother of Maria and Charles. Service at Putney Vale Crematorium on Friday 26th October at 2 p.m. Family flowers only.
