The engagement is announced between Simon, son of the late Mr Michael Blower and of Mrs.—Janice Blower, of Denham, Buckinghamshire, and Rebecca, daughter of Gp Capt (Retd) Andy Barrett and Mrs Julie Barrett, of Lyndhurst, Hampshire.
