The engagement is announced between David, second son of Mr and Mrs Denis Fearnley, of Elland, Yorkshire, and Hannah, elder daughter of Dr Timothy Healy, of Shorncote, Cirencester, and Mrs Nicola Noorani, of Broadwell, Gloucestershire.
