Mr S.J. Whitby and Miss I.O.E Band

The engagement is announced between Simon, son of Mr and Mrs Richard Whitby, of Stow-in-the-Wolds, Notts, and Isabelle, daughter of the late Mr David Band and of Mrs Band, of Kensington, London.
