Dr Colin David. Passed away peacefully in Surrey on 24th February 2013 on his 79th birthday, after a brave battle with Parkinson's disease. Adored husband of Joan, much loved father of Gareth, Sian and Nicola and a loving grandfather to his 6 grandchildren. Funeral Service at Holy Trinity Church, Malvern at
