The engagement is announced between Benjamin Alexander, son of Mr Alexander Kadinopoulos, of Biddenden, Kent, and Mrs Michael Marks, of Ste Radegonde, France, and Philippa Louise, daughter of Admiral Sir Jonathon and Lady Band, of Southsea, Hampshire.
