The engagement is announced between Ned, only son of Mr and Mrs Arthur Llewellyn, of Babcary, Somerset, and Lucy, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Nicolas Miedzianowski- Sinclair, of All Cannings, Wiltshire.
