The engagement is announced between Richard, son of Mr and Mrs Malcolm Leggate, of Wrangle, Lincolnshire, and Henrietta, daughter of Mr Anthony Corlett, of Donhead St Mary, Dorset, and Mrs Philip Davies, of West Knoyle, Wiltshire.
