The engagement is announced between Jonathan, son of the late Mr Bruce Brooke-Smith and of Mrs Barbara Brooke- Smith, of Truro, Cornwall, and Laura, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Andre Evans, of Sampford Spiney, Devon.
