John David Avery. Slipped away peacefully on 21st January 2013 after an illness so bravely borne. Dearly beloved and loving husband of the late Ann Penton, father of Jolyon, Crispian and Ashley, grandfather of Jamie, Alistair, Hayden and William. Family cremation followed by Service of Thanksgiving at St. Peter's and St. Paul's Church, Tring on 1st February at 1 p.m. Family flowers, donations welcomed to Iain Rennie Hospice at Home c/o R.
