The engagement is announced between Captain Andrew Hoenich, 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards, middle son of Mr and Mrs Nicholas Hoenich, of Newcastle, and Camilla, elder daughter of Mr and Mrs Keith Sheppard, of Haslemere, Surrey.
