Johnston, aged 80, passed away peacefully on 22nd December 2012. Widower to Jennifer, wonderful father, proud grandfather, much loved brother, generous friend and headmaster (1977-90) to generations of children at Holmwood School, Formby. Memorial Service to be held at Holy Trinity Church, Gawcott, Buckinghamshire on 22nd January 2013 at 1 p.m. after private cremation.
