The engagement is announced between Douglas, son of Mr James Withington, of Bath, Somerset, and Mrs Karen Savile Platt, of Sherborne, Dorset, and Romily, younger daughter of Mr Robin Must, of Cheltenham, Glos, and Mrs Marie-Ann Perkins, of Sevenhampton, Glos.
