The engagement is announced between Andrew, only son of the late Mr Donald Roberts, and of Mrs Gordon Bruce, of Trowbridge, Wiltshire, and Isabella, youngest daughter of Mr and Mrs Jeffery Lockett, of Congleton, Cheshire.
