The engagement is announced between Benjamin, elder son of the Rev F.J.R. and Mrs Otto, of Abbotsham, Devon, and Rachel, daughter of Mr J. Hammond and Mrs S.J. Hammond, and stepdaughter of Mrs J. Hammond, all of Exmouth, Devon.
