James M. MD MRCP FRCR FACRO, died on December 21st 2012 aged 70. Beloved husband of Elizabeth, father of Paul and Richard, father-in-law of Nicole and brother of Joan. Formerly consultant oncologist at The Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, he moved to the United States where he co-founded Triangle Radiation Oncology Associates Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. A private funeral service for his family will be held on Friday January 18th 2013 in London, followed by a memorial event for friends and colleagues in Pittsburgh at a later date to be determined (to receive details please email: jmhughes1.eh@gmail.com)
