passed away in Sydney, NSW, Australia on 16th December 2012 aged 84, after a short illness. Formerly a Dental Surgeon of South East London UK, Daniel was the beloved husband of Trudy, father of Susan, Daniel, Priscilla, Michael and Richard and much loved Grandfather. The funeral will be held in Sydney on 20th December 2012.
