The engagement is announced between Tim, younger son of Mr Leo Reuter and Mrs Amanda Sisson and stepson of Dr Peter Sisson, of Goudhurst, Kent, and Sarah, daughter of Mr Michael Mayers and Mrs Bev Mayers, both of Durban, South Africa.
