The engagement is announced between Jake, son of Mr Jeremy Rugge-Price, of Orford, Suffolk, and Mrs Carolyn Rugge-Price, of London, and Louisa, youngest daughter of the late Lt Col Julian Pope and of Mrs Julian Pope, of Upton Grove, Tetbury, Glos.
